Worship Service Recording Request Form
Hope Presbyterian Church makes copies of Sunday services available to
members who are unable to attend services or desire to have a copy of a
particular service.
To request a CD, please complete this form and click the
"Submit" button.
If you prefer to complete a paper form, they are available
in the Church Office and in the sanctuary narthex. When your CD is ready,
you will be notified by email or phone to pick it up in the Church Office.
For homebound members who are unable to get to the church, you may request
mail or personal delivery.
These CDs are for personal use only and are not for distribution.
